Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for 'personalised' or 'bespoke' items.
If there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective or damaged on arrival, then we will replace your items free of charge unless you require a refund.
We will require picture evidence of any defect or damage.

Damaged Goods:-
Please check your goods immediately on delivery.
In the unlikely event that items do arrive damaged/faulty, please let us know within 3 days and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out to you. Picture evidence will be required of any damage.
If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
