Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:-
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for 'personalised' or 'bespoke' items.
If there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective or damaged on arrival, then we will replace your items free of charge unless you require a refund. Any issues need to be reported within 28 days from receipt of your item. After this we cannot accept any liability.
We will require picture evidence of any defect or damage.

In the unlikely event that items do arrive damaged/faulty, please let us know within 3 days and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out to you. Picture evidence will be required of any damage.
